Precipitators
The ESP units are used to clean the airstream of grease and hydrocarbons (smoke)
in kitchen exhaust systems. They are highly efficient and can remove particulate
down to sub-micron (0.01m) size. The filter efficiency of 98% is attained
during a single pass through ESP.
Purified Air Systems
As buildings today become more tightly sealed to conserve energy the problem
of indoor air pollution increases, as not only outdoor is kept put, but indoor
air is sealed in. This gives rise to lethargy and general malaise, commonly
known as Sick Building Syndrome. Typically, a mechanical filter will collect
particles of 5 microns (0.005mm in diameter) size and upward, such as cement
dust, pollens and fly ash.
However a purified air electronic cleaner will collect particles of sub micron
size that include hazardous, invisible particles, such as tobacco smoke, atmospheric
dust, bacteria and even some viruses.
Odour

Activated
Carbon Filter
Activated carbon filters use a highly porous bituminous coal carbon for the
removal of tastes, odour, chlorine, colour and other organic materials from
outdoor and indoor air. The carbon's resistance to attrition promotes filtration
longevity.
Water
Scrubber System
This is a high-efficiency scrubber designed to absorb and remove soluble harmful
gases such as sulfurous acid gas (SOx) and hydrogen chloride (HCl ) which
are contained in exhaust gas, and at the same time remove dust from the exhaust
gas.
Since SOx gas and HCl are acid gases, solution of caustic soda (NaOH) or magnesium
hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) is injected to neutralize the drain water and enhance
the gas absorption efficiency.
The scrubber is provided with a perforation plate and a baffle plate to cause
the gas to contact the water efficiently, It is widely used for incinerating
and roasting plants as well as for deodorizing and washing purposes.
